House Bela is located on the island of Ugljan. It is secluded - the only one in the bay without neighbors nearby. A ferry from Zadar (port Gaženica) travels to the village of Preko on the island of Ugljan about 20 minutes. The ferry port in Preko is 5 km from the house Bela. A local makeshift road in the length of 2500 m leads to this bay. Such makeshift roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain, hail, wind), and therefore we definitely recommend careful and slow driving. The fresh water supply is from a 8000 liter tank. Since it is stagnant water, we recommend to supply oneself with bottled drinking water. Cold running water is installed in the house. The outdoor shower is equipped with a container that the guests manually fill with water and in which this water is heated in the sun to a temperature suitable for showering. During your stay you can enjoy TV with local programs. El. energy is obtained through solar panels, so everything in the house is at 12V except the socket on the converter for 220V, which is used for small consumers up to 200W. It is necessary to use water and electricity rationally. In front of the house there is a boat mooring, and in case of strong wind there is a protected boat mooring in the neighboring bay.Up to two pets are welcome here at a surcharge of EUR 5 per night per pet.
