Our 3 bedroom villa Charentaise are located on the popular lakeside Etang Vallier Resort in rural south Charente.

Every villa at Etang Vallier Resort is individually owned and each owner take pride in offering you a true home from home. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms sleeping 8 people (plus a sofa bed in the lounge), an outdoor terrace with BBQ and some villas even offer lake views.

The villa sits on a large plot of where you can enjoy your own private terrace or patio area.

Etang Vallier Resort boasts facilities including; Quai Sud restaurant, the Clubhouse snack & bar, a beautiful lake with safe beaches, the téléski for waterskiing and boarding on the lake, childrens' play areas, minigolf and the new outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones. Clubhouse with games room and squash court. NEW for 2017 - indoor pool and spa now open!

Etang Vallier sits in rural south Charente, not far from Angouleme and Bordeaux as well as accessible to Royan, Cognac and St Emilion.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “The house has everything that is needed .... incl. dishwasher, washing machine, all sorts of pots and pans and a huge fridge, TV and stereo! It was also very clean and pretty. It has a really nice covered terrace with a huge table and plenty of chairs.
    But the best thing was, that its directly by the pool, which is fantastic!

    The only thing I would improve (but its only a nice to have, not at all a must) is the basics for cooking being there, such as sugar, salt and such, so that people don't have to rebuy everything.
    Other than that - Perfect home!”

    Midgetgolf niet mogelijk ( banen waren kapot. )
    Binnenzwembad en spa niet aangetroffen.
