This detached holiday house is in the little locality Betiga on a residential estate, near Barbariga and opposite the Brijuni Islands. This house consists partly of stone, but has been furnished with contemporary and stylish furniture. Its high standard of comfort promises an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful property.
The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and six garden loungers. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. Adults can prepare fish and meat dishes on the grill. The beautifully laid out garden is fully fenced, so children can play freely. There is also a swing. You can cool off in the private swimming pool. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have access to the loggia, also with garden furniture and affording a fabulous view of the sea. Three private outdoor parking spaces can be used free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
The house of around 150m² has a living and dining room on the ground floor with a sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a dining table for up to eight people. The spacious kitchen, separated off by an archway, is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave and a kettle. The bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer. The upper floor comprises two further bedrooms, the first with a double bed (180cm wide), the second with two single beds (90cm wide). Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The owner can provide a highchair and a cot free of charge. A washing machine and wireless Internet access can be used free of charge. There is air conditioning throughout the house.
It is about 500 metres to the beach. The Barbariga settlement was already inhabited in ancient times. Many witness to its interesting past have been found at archaeological sites along the coast and inland. The nearest grocery shop is 400 metres away and there are cafes and restaurants about 30 metres away.
