Architecturally interesting designed chalet in Son Mojer, a quiet urbanization between Santanyí and Cala Santanyí. The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí can be reached in just 3 minutes by car or on foot in no more than 15 minutes.
The house is built on stilts on a corner lot, the actual living area is on the first floor. A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a bright living-dining area as well as a covered veranda that extends over two sides of the house.
On the ground floor there is another bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. The remaining space under the house serves as a covered terrace with a large dining table and 6 chairs, two loungers and a chill area. The brick barbecue is located in a corner of the garden.
All bedrooms and the living-dining room have air conditioning. The coin insertion device (1 € and 2 € coins) for operating the air-conditioning is located behind the front door on the wall.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 950m from the house, the town of Santanyí 2,9km. There you will find numerous shops, two large supermarkets as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In about 6 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also worth a visit is Cala d’Or with its white Ibizan-style houses and the hustle and bustle. Also absolutely recommendable is the wonderful kilometer-long white sandy beach Es Trenc, also easy to reach by car or maybe a visit to the stalactite caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo.
The final cleaning costs €196 and is charged separately, as the obligatory tourist tax.
