In a typical dwelling typical of the island of Elba, in a quiet area and about 200 meters (four minutes walk) from the squares of Capoliveri, with their events and evening markets and characteristic local shops and services, spread over two floors and managed directly by the owners, so that 'customers feel at home, we rent a lovely two-room apartment (2-4 beds) composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Comfortably furnished closet, satellite TV 32 "(SAT-TV), WIFI network, safe, exercise bike, washing machine, barbecue and nice terrace with table chairs and umbrella. Ideal also for couples of friends. Each couple can preserve their privacy because between the master bedroom and the living room where there is the double sofa bed there is a hallway with two doors to divide the rooms and therefore it is as if they were two double bedrooms. Included in the price a private parking space in front of the house essential in the summer to live with maximum relaxation a holiday a few steps from the squares. In the evening it is therefore possible to go out on foot safely to go downtown. The distance from the beaches is only a few kilometers (it takes 5 to 10 minutes by car) depending on the chosen beach. The apartment has independent heating for the winter months (for a fee). Our customers can take advantage of discounted ferry fares. Agreements with some restaurants / pizzerias of Capoliveri. The property provides at no additional cost: - a complete kit consisting of bed linen, bath towels, bidet and shower; - Welcome shower / shampoo and hand soap kit; - hairdryer; - American placemats for breakfast / lunch / dinner; - free private parking - free WI-FI network; - free use of the washing machine; - consumption and final cleaning costs are included in the price.
