Der Cortijo la Madrugada liegt auf dem Land, inmitten von Mandel- und Olivenbäumen, im Gemeindegebiet von Sedella. Das malerische Dorf ist Teil der früheren arabischen Route der Mudéjar, welche die weißen Dörfer der Axarquia, der wildromantischen bergigen Gegend Andalusiens, durchquert.
Das nach Süden ausgerichtete Haus liegt in der Sierra Tejeda, am Fuß des 2000 Meter hohen Maroma.
Sie geniessen dort eine wohltuende Stille, weit weg von den Touristenströmen und anderen Geröuschen der modernen Zivilisation. Die Gegen eignet sich vorzüglich für Wanderung un Radtouren. Wer schwimmen möchte, kann zwischen dem eigenen Pool, dem dorfeigenen Schwimmbad, das in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist, und dem Meer (40 minuten) wählen.
Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Minuten von der Hauptstraße. Der Weg zum Haus ist leicht zu befahren, weshalb ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug nicht notwendig ist. Es erleichtert allerdings die Erkundung des Tales und der weiteren Umgebung.
Beim Haus angekommen, erwarten Sie eine romantische Unterkunft und ein Garten mit schönem Baumbestand. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein Esszimmer, eine separate Küche, eine große Terrasse mit Grill, ein Schwimmbad und ein natürlicher Garten mit Schattenspendenden Baümen.
