Blavamar is in the area of Llenaire and is a well presented ground floor property located in a very quiet area at the entrance of the bay of Port de Pollensa. Renovated this year, it has 3 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedroom and a family bathrooms. A large modern fitted kitchen fully equipped.

The property offers a large terrace with sea views and a grass area just infront, with the sea just a few meters from the apartment.

Easy access area, great for parking.

Nice walk to the center of Puerto Pollensa, there are some restaurant very close. Being located almost in the center of the bay there is always a nice sea breeze that makes the stay in the apartment very pleasant.

This property is very well situated, very close to the fantastic beach, as well as to the restaurants, shops and bars that make this area so popular for visitors. Lovers of water sports will be fascinated by the attractive Marina and the elegant Yacht Club and hikers will find plenty of scope to practice their favourite activity along the many footpaths in the nearby Tramuntana Mountains
