    “Hell, modern und stilvoll eingerichter Hausteil. Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, die Hauseinfahrt und einen Teil des Gartens. Der grosse Garten gehört jedoch zum Mittelteil des Haupthauses, welches separat vermietet wird und ist von dieser Wohnung aus nicht einsehbar. Im September ist es total ruhig, man hört kein Geräusch ausser das Zirpen der Grillen. Ca 200 m Distanz zur kleinen Bucht mit Sandstrand in Conca Verde. Traumstrand ist ca 3 km entfernt (Valle d'Erica). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Zweckmässige Küche, gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck. Gemauerter Grill auf der Terrasse. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen. Belegung mit 6 Personen ist zu viel.
    Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem und nicht geeignet, dass darauf noch 2 Personen schlafen. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. In einer der 2 Duschen ist der Wasserdurck so minim, dass Haare waschen und vernünftig duschen unmöglich ist. Sehr angenehme Privatsphäre.”
