Apartment located in a beautiful community, on the ninth floor, with beautiful views of the entire Marbellí coastline. On the clearest days you can see the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.

The community facilities are very well maintained and you will have a beautiful swimming pool with a garden area for those days when you want to rest and not go to the beach. Also in this area there is a bar where you can have coffee, tea or lunch, the catering services of this bar are not included in the reservation price. Remember to follow the community rules regarding time use and use of facilities, the concierge can help you. The concierge service is not responsible for solving technical problems that may arise, you must contact your host.
The location of the apartment is very good, with entertainment and restaurant bars, shops where you can shop and different services just a few minutes away. Also if you have a vehicle you can access Puerto Banús in a few minutes and access the different highway accesses that will take you to Marbella, Fuengirola or Málaga and also to Estepona, Algeciras or the Cádiz coast.
You can go up to the ninth floor in one of the three elevators and if you have the strength and want to exercise, take the stairs.
