Villa Blueview Amaranthus is a 4-bedroom villa that is perfect for 8 guests. It is located in the small village of Heraki near the picturesque town of Sveti Lovrec. The villa sits on a large plot and is highlighted by a large "L" shaped private pool, perfect for refreshment. The interior of the villa is decorated in a rustic, Istrian style. The villa is spacious and offers everything for a relaxing vacation. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area with access to the covered outdoor terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds, also with access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the upper floor, with each bedroom benefiting from its own balcony. One bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom, and 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom.The outdoor dining area seats 8 people. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. From the garden it is also possible to see the sea. The location of this villa is very convenient and offers peace and quiet, but also many sights and activities within a short drive.Villa Blueview Amaranthus is located in the village of Heraki in central Istria. The beautiful location offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit their restaurants with famous Istrian specialties. Medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are worth a visit. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is in Porec, 15 km from the villa. Here you will find a wide selection of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to stay active during your vacation, this is the ideal place for you! The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, jogging, hiking and much more. The picturesque town of Rovinj is just a short drive away.
