Villa Terra Nera is a newly built villa for the 2014 season. This modern interpretation of the traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, Croatia in a group of five villas. The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool area and the outdoor area is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a large infinity pool. You will also enjoy a stone barbecue and al-fresco dining area. The lovingly maintained garden has an irrigation system so that it is always green. Inside is a lovely open-space living area with light and large glass doors to the pool area. This is a single storey house so all the rooms (3) are on the first floor around the pool area. - All with en-suite bathrooms. For more space you can use the gallery above the living room with a sofa bed. The entire house is fully air-conditioned. All in all, ideal for a relaxing vacation. There is a conveniently located grocery store just 50 meters from the villa. If you are a larger group, Villa Terra Gialla and Terra Rossa are very close.Villa Terra Nera is located in the small and dreamy town of Sveti Petar u Sumi. Sveti Petar u Sumi is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just a few kilometers from the beautiful towns of Zminj, Tinjan and Pazin.
