The "Apartment am Faaker See Langhans" is located in a quiet and sunny location directly on the beautiful Faaker See. In front of the house, there are parking spaces for two cars.
The direct view of the Karawanken with its striking and almost majestic Mittagskogel, towering over the turquoise blue water, allows one to forget about time and everyday stress during the stay.
The year-round inhabitable house is equipped with high-quality furniture. Across three floors, utilizing the space to its fullest and with a focus on maximum comfort, the apartment accommodates four people.
The Faaker See is already one of the most beautiful places to spend your time. However, the region around the apartment also offers numerous culinary and cultural attractions, as well as year-round day trip destinations and sporting activities.
In winter, due to its proximity to Gerlitzen and the Dreiländereck, the apartment serves as an excellent starting point for a day of skiing, followed by enjoying the evening by the fireplace.
The "Apartment am Faaker See Langhans" and the "Tiny Apartment Souterrain" are located in a quiet and sunny spot directly on the beautiful Faaker See.
The two apartments can be booked as independent units or used together to expand the available space.
The direct view of the Karawanken mountains, with the striking and almost majestic Mittagskogel towering over the turquoise waters, allows you to forget about time and daily stress during your stay.
The house is habitable year-round and is furnished with high-quality furniture, making optimal use of the space with a focus on maximum comfort.
The Faaker See is already one of the most beautiful places to spend your time. However, the region around "Haus Langhans" also offers numerous culinary and cultural attractions, as well as year-round excursion destinations and sporting activities.
In winter, the two apartments serve as an excellent starting point for a day of skiing due to their proximity to Gerlitzen and Dreiländereck, followed by a cozy evening by the fireplace.

On the ground floor, you enter from the entrance through a wardrobe into the living/dining area. Simultaneously, this room features a fully equipped kitchen. Directly adjoining, with the option to expand the living room outdoors, is a roughly 25 m² terrace where you can enjoy the mountain and lake panorama during breakfast or at the end of the day.

Access to the first floor is through the open staircase. There, you'll find the main bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Through the large panoramic window, you can directly enjoy the play of light as the morning sun dispels the night.

Through another narrow staircase, you reach the gallery. Here, there is a slightly lower sleeping area with a large double bed.

From the terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the 600 m² garden, offering space for both sunbathers and those seeking shade. The directly connected and private beach is secluded and exclusively available for the apartment guests. Sunbeds and garden loungers are available for free use in the area of the beach hut.

What would summer be without a BBQ? A grill and a sun umbrella are provided.
