The 45 m² one-room holiday home, a separate extension to the house, is located on the owner's 1000 m² residential property within a quiet residential area in the village. The village centre, Baltic Sea beach and restaurants are about 1 km away.
The holiday home is tastefully furnished with a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD player, dining table, wood-burning stove incl. firewood), an open-plan kitchenette (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC and insect screens on the windows.
There is also WiFi, a separate furnished terrace with barbecue facilities, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles, a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
Rerik is a well-known Baltic seaside resort west of Kühlungsborn on a headland between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. The town has a pier with jetty, boat and bicycle hire. Various catering establishments and shops invite you to take a stroll.
