    “Das Häuschen ist super - typisch italienisch, sehr großer Garten und super Lage fast direkt am Strand. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort mit dem Vermieter. Einrichtung einfach gehalten, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Der Abfluss hat bisschen gerochen, aber hat auch niemanden gestört. Mit Hund lohnt sich das Haus auf jeden Fall für einen entspannten Urlaub. Einzig das Rasenmähen morgens während unserer Anwesenheit war nicht so schön - am besten sowas in der Zeit zwischen Abreise und Anreise der nächsten Mieter machen.”

    “Die Verwaltung aus der Agentur war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die defekte Klimaanlage und der Receiver wurden sofort nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. Alles war in bester Ordnung und sauber. Haus für 5 Personen geeignet, nicht für 6, wie in der Beschreibung.”

    “Niemals für 6 Personen. Kamin nicht funktionsfähig. Heizung nicht gegeben. Ausstattung eher sehr bescheiden. Bad/WCs sauber, aber sehr alt und klein.”

    “Ci dispiace per la recensione, ma dobbiamo specificare quanto segue:
    - La casa è per sei persone, ha due camere matrimoniali di cui ampia con la possibilità del terzo letto.
    Il divano letto è inserito in un soggiorno ampio.
    - I bagni sono due , dimensioni standard con bidet, piatto doccia 75 x 75 - lavabo - wc.
    Il camino non è inserito nella descrizione atraveo. E' comunque funzionante ed, a specifica richiesta da parte dei clienti, avremmo senz'altro dato la possibilità di avere legna per accenderlo.
    Nella casa C'E'il riscaldamento. I condizionatori nelle camere hanno le quattro funzioni (aria fredda COLD - aria calda (HEATH) - DRY - FUN). Potevano chiamarci e avremmo dato a loro le istruzioni necessarie per il loro funzionamento.
    Quando abbiamo accompagnato i clienti è stato spiegato il tutto (utilizzo della safe, raccolta dei rifiuti e utilizzo dei climatizzatori nelle due camere dal letto). Ci dispiace per queste incomprensioni. Giustamente i clienti hanno segnalato che i servizi sono pochi. In effetto in Costa Rei i servizi funzionano a pieno regime dal 15/05 al 15/10 di ogni anno. Sarebbe opportuno segnalare ai clienti che nelle date al di fuori di questo periodo i supermercati / bar / ristoranti non sono tutti aperti. Nel caso diteci dove poter eventualmente inserire questa ultima nota nelle sistemazioni.”
