This simply furnished semi-detached holiday home( as of 2021. a holiday apartment on the 1st floor) is situated in Starigrad-Paklenica, at the foothill of the Velebit mountain. It is situated directly behind a grocery store. On the first floor there is the biggest accommodation unit and a studio apartment, which can be accessed from external corridor. The accommodation unit on the ground floor is connected to the first floor by external stairs. From the spacious upper terrace stretches a view on the sea. The plot is used as a car park. During the summer months Starigrad-Paklenica offers rich entertainment and cultural programme.

    “Das Haus verfügt über 4 Wohneinheiten mit Küche und Bad die einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet sind. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns schnell in dieses tolle Haus einleben. Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Starigrad an der Hauptstraße. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eisdielen und Restaurants. Der Zugang zum Meer liegt direkt gegenüber der Straße. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Gehminuten. Die Hauseigentümerin ist ein Engel! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Auch dank ihr haben wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt.”

    “Sehr lautes Umfeld (morgens 6:30 Uhr Müllabfuhr und LKW`s für angrenzenden Minimarkt und bis morgens 2:00 Nachtbar).
    Sauberkeit im Haus lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
    Vermieterin nicht so freundlich.
    Verwohnter Zustand allgemein.
