Well-maintained and comfortable holiday apartment with a designer interior and a balcony, almost right by the north beach

This freshly renovated holiday apartment with high-quality furnishing and a balcony is on the edge of the town centre, just 200 metres from the fine sandy north beach.

The apartment is on the first floor and provides 62m² of living space. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a living and dining room with access to the balcony. The apartment flooded with daylight exudes a very homely atmosphere, with comfortable furniture in a modern style, an elegant interior and low and large windows. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed with two single mattresses ( 2 x 90 x 200cm), reading lamps and bedside tables on either side, so you can read a good book in the evening. Next to the bed there is a spacious two-door wardrobe for your clothing. The second bedroom is a little smaller and is furnished with a bunk bed (two single beds one above the other, each 90 x 200cm) and is therefore suitable for children. The bunk bed also has an additional pull-out bed (90 x 200cm) for a third child. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living and dining room with comfortable, high-quality designer furniture. You can relax together on the Rolf Benz suite with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs after a day trip, enjoying the extensive view through the big window front over the balcony as far as the dunes. A flatscreen TV with cable channels and a DVD player provides entertainment in the evening. In front of the suite there is a Bo Concept dining group with a dining table and five chairs, for sociable meals. Next to the living room there is the separate kitchen, enabling convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin. There is also a separate guest WC with a washbasin.

The balcony is furnished with two armchairs and a coffee table. You can end the evening here with a glass of fine wine and a view of the dunes. A parking space is available right by the house on the fenced parking area.

You can benefit from an ideal location, with shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach promenade just 200 metres away. The ferry harbour is about a kilometre away.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und wie abgebildet. Problem waren Baustellen rund um die Ferienwohnung und auch im Haus. Es war deshalb laut. Morgens ab 8 Uhr Baulärm rundherum.     “Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Alles da, was man braucht. Besonders gut für Familien mit drei Kindern. Alles sauber und neuwertig. Betten sind bequem und höhenverstellbar. Kurzer Weg bis zum Strand. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Kommen gerne wieder.”
