The holiday apartment enjoys a wonderful location above Opatija, on a quiet estate amidst greenery. The panoramic view over Kvarner Bay with its towns Rijeka and Opatija and the northernmost islands Krk and Cres is unique. You can relax here in a pleasant atmosphere and enjoy nature and the clean sea air in peace, without hustle and bustle or being disturbed by car traffic.
The 90m² holiday apartment consists of three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a single bedroom), a large living and dining room with a supplementary bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, bath and WC, a separate WC, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
The 2600m² outdoor area has a pool (3 x 8m), two sunny terraces (facing south-east and south-west), garden seating areas with a grill and free parking spaces.
Opatija is a very well-known and attractive holiday destination with a range of recreational facilities, walking and hiking paths and trip possibilities. Opatija is about 15 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot along a path through the forest. It is about 1.5km to a grocery shop and a restaurant. In Opatija you can find magnificent buildings from the time of the Danube monarchy, as well as the famous Lungomare promenade that stretches 12km along the coast. The popular municipal beaches of Opatija invite you to go swimming and sunbathing. However, if you prefer natural pebbled beaches, then you will no doubt find your favourite beach towards the south along the coast, e.g. in Medveja or Moscenicka Draga. Trip options include Rijeka (harbour city about 20 minutes away by car), Ucka nature reserve (15 mins.), Krk island (45 mins.), Cres and Losinj islands (1.5hrs), Istria with the towns Poreč, Rovinj, Umag, Pula etc. 30-60 mins.
