The beach and the ocean are only 200 meters from the house, located in a quiet housing complex.
The 90 m² house accommodates up to six people. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a sectional, a television, a sofa for three, two armchairs, a stool and a wood oven, the dining area and the fully loaded, open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and an induction stove and a laundry room with a washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The first floor boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm). Electric heating is available; additionally, the wood burning stove in the living room offers warmth. Wireless internet access is available.
Outside, you can make use the 500 m², enclosed property with a patio, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a sun shade. A clothes line and a bike shed are also at your disposal. The property offers parking for two vehicles.
The house's location is ideal for a beach holiday: it is only a 200 meter walk to the beach: enjoy the unobstructed views of the islands of Jersey and Chausey. You can fish and enjoy long walks on the beautiful beach here. During July and August, a heated pool for the kids is open by the beach. It is an hour's drive to Mont St. Michel and the beaches where the Allied forces landed during WWII. It is 1.5 km meters to a grocery store and 200 meters to cafes and restaurants. It is only 5 km to a golf course.
