Very modern apartment with a Mediterranean flair and hammocks in the garden

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential house in S. Michele di Pagana, part of Rapallo, on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante. It is in an elegant residential area with various villas.

The holiday apartment with very modern furnishing exudes a Mediterranean flair. It has a spacious living room-kitchen with a modern kitchen block with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A counter like a peninsula with stools is ideal for having breakfast. There is a dining table with chairs in front of the large window front, with a view of the garden. The lounge area is in a niche within the room and provides a sofa and a flatscreen TV with DVBT and satellite channels. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a wardrobe. One of them also has a single bed (90 x 190cm). There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower cubicle. The glossy blue floor and the white furniture give the apartment a fresh atmosphere. A washing machine, a stereo system and wireless Internet access are available. Owing to the radiators in all the rooms, the accommodation is also suitable for holiday stays outside of the summer season. There is also air conditioning throughout.

All the rooms in the apartment provide access to a private garden with a table and chairs – ideal for enjoying meals. Two hammocks hanging between the trees invite you to relax. There is a grill for leisurely grill evenings. The garden also has a convenient outdoor shower and deckchairs. If you arrive by car then you can park it on the private road in front of the house.

The sea is just 750 metres away. It is a beach spread over three bays. Owing to the convenient location, the apartment is ideal for going on trips to Portofino (2.8km), Camogli, Sestri Levante, Genoa, San Fruttuoso and the Cinque Terre. The centre of Rapallo is about 2km away, but Santa Margherita Ligure (1.8km) is only a fifteen-minute walk away, going down steps lined by olive trees. There are shops and restaurants within 700 metres. The area is ideal for going on hiking tours or enjoying water sports, as well as sampling the excellent local cuisine.

    “Sehr schöne, saubere und große Unterkunft mit einem schönen Innenhof mit Esstisch, 2 Liegen und Hängematte, wo sich immer ein Schattenplätzchen findet.

    Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut - alles da bis auf eine normale Kaffeemaschine. Dafür gibt es Espressokocher.

    Wohn-/Esszimmer und eines der Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Vermieter ist sehr nett.”

    “Soweit alles zufriedenstellend Positiv: Terrasse und Garten Negativ: Bad und Dusche sehr eng.
    Eine Informationsmappe mit den wichtigsten Telefonnummern, Errreichbarkeiten, Hinweise Müllentsorgung, Nahverkehrsmttel (Haltestellen), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. wäre sehr sinnvoll.”

    “Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Hanglage, allerdings ohne Blick aufs Meer.
    Komplett ausgestattet, Garten zum Wohlfühlen.
    Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wären zu verbessern, z.B. läuft das Wasser in den Duschen nicht gut ab etc., insgesamt aber alles prima, sehr netter Verwalter.
    Wir kommen wieder hierher!”

    “Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Een zeer rustige plaats, de buitendouche vonden wij top!
    Enkel miste ik een stofzuiger, zou wel handig zijn.
    De eigenaar is steeds vlot te bereiken en geeft veel tips om dingen te bezoeken, wandelingen,...
    Wij hopen hier nog eens terug te komen want lang nog niet alles gezien in de streek.
    Top locatie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
