Quietly situated holiday house near the Baltic Sea

The holiday house is in a quiet residential area in the little locality Hanshagen, surrounded by forest and fields and only about 5km from the Baltic Sea.

The single-family house is one of the oldest houses in Hanshagen and exudes the charm of an old country house, combined with modern amenities. The property provides around 120m² of living space, spread over two heated floors. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a generous living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide). A supplementary bed for children up to three years old can be provided free of charge. The second bedroom has three single beds (90cm wide) and a bunk bed for two children. The upper floor has a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC, and a large living room with two single beds (90cm wide) and a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm). The downstairs kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, while the upstairs kitchen has a ceramic hob. The kitchens both have a fridge-freezer.

The outdoor area is completely enclosed, apart from the driveway, and features a furnished terrace and a little grill area. A charcoal grill invites you to enjoy a cosy grill evening. The terrace stove provides warmth and cosiness. The terrace also provides access to a separate room with a washing machine and dryer for use free of charge, you just need to bring your own washing poweder. There is a private outdoor car parking space on the driveway.

Wireless Internet access is available free of charge throughout the accommodation.

In Greifswald about 10km away there is a large shopping centre with all kinds of shops. Here you can also find the nearest grocery shop. It is a five-minute walk from your accommodation to the nearest forest, which invites you to for walks. The nearest beach is in the spa town Lubmin, a ten to fifteen-minute drive away. You can also visit Greifswald-Wieck, an old fishing village with various restaurants right by the harbour. Active holiday-makes can go on a trip to the climbing park in Greifswald. Stralsund about 35km away with its well-known marine museum also invites you to pay a visit.

    “Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wo man sich wohl fühlen kann. Ruhige Lage inmitten eines schönen Dorfes. Kleine überdachte Terrasse mit Grillplatz und Feuerstelle (geschlossener Ofen), wo man die Abende schön ausklingen lassen kann. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein kleiner Zwergpinscher und hatten ausreichend Platz. Ein bisschen Improvisation und wir hatten auch die Hängematte im hinteren Teil des Grundstückes zu unserer Verfügung. Ein sehr schön idyllischer Platz zum Chillen! Na dann, schönen Urlaub!”

    “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 2 Hunden zu Gast, in dem wirklich gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Abende auf der überdachten und windgeschützten Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus verfügt über alle in der Beschreibung angegebenen Details (wie bspw, Räumlichkeiten, Ausstattung etc). Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte via Handy und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Urlauber, die eine ruhige Lage bevorzugen, ist Hanshagen durchaus zu empfehlen und dennoch nur wenige Autominuten von der Küste entfernt. Fehlende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Touristenattraktionen werden durch die schöne Landschaft MEHR als ausgeglichen. Definitiv ein Ort zum Erholen!!!
