Two modern holiday apartments recently (2016) fully refurbished, near the beach, with a grill area in the shared garden

These two light and comfortable holiday apartments are in a quiet and green residential area in the little coastal town Dramalj, in the picturesque Kvarner Bay along the Adriatic coast in Croatia.

The holiday apartments are in a three-storey apartment building from the year 1997, which is also occupied by the owner. Both were carefully renovated in 2016 and provided with modern amenities.

Down in the green garden site there is a sunny terrace for shared use, where you can enjoy leisurely evenings around the grill area. For those who arrive by car there is a parking space right in front of the house.

The owner who lives in the house is always mindful of your privacy, but is also happy to assist with any queries.

It is about 350 metres to the blue sea and the nearest beach. The centre of Dramalj about 300 metres away provides all everyday amenities: shops, an ATM, cafés and restaurants.

The fully air-conditioned (heating and cooling) 70m² apartment on the ground floor of the three-storey apartment building consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. Th living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a wide flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a radio. An elegant breakfast bar with four stools separates the living room from the cream and anthracite built-in kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, two-zone gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. A highchair is available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. There is free wireless Internet access.

The living room opens directly onto the shared garden and the sun terrace, where you can relax outdoors on lounge furniture.
