Completely independent part of a holiday house on the enchanting coastal promontory of Ansedonia on one of the most beautiful sections of Tuscany’s coast. The house is only 450 m as the crow flies from the sea and offers a lot of privacy, surrounded by an exclusive green area rich in olive trees from which you can see the sea. One side of the house is connected to another house. The house has two floors: first floor with entrance: bright living room (satellite TV), open kitchen (small electric oven, dishwasher), veranda with living area and direct access to the garden, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Downstairs also with direct access from the garden: a twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed for one person and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a toilet. Exclusive exterior around the house, a total of 200 m², with an equipped area for outdoor dining, equipped garden. Barbecue. Reserved parking. The location of the villa allows guests easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Feniglia and to visit the interesting tourist destinations on the coast, above all the towns of Etruscan origin.     “Auf dem 1.Blick ist das Haus schön. Doch bald merkt man, dass viele Sachen nicht in Ordnung sind z.B. Bett sehr unbequem, Licht außen konnte nur im Hause innen angemacht werden, so dass bei der Heimkehr spät abends im Dunkeln nach dem Schlüsselloch zum Öffnen der Haustür gesucht werden muss, keine Klopapierhalter etc. Jeden Morgen hat das Haus nach Kanalisation gestunken. TV war nur auf Italienisch. Im Vertrag stand auch drin, dass Strom und Gas nach Verbrauch abgerechnet wird, doch bei uns wurde pauschal 60 Euro berechnet, obwohl wir als 1 Paar auf keinen Fall soviel verbraucht haben.” “Auf dem 1.Blick ist das Haus schön.
