The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger and garden furniture. The property has a garden terrace under the centuries-old pine trees with sea view.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house are the holiday flats DAL SPL 153 (10 people) and DAL SPL 155 (4 people). However, the property is not fenced. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.
