In the house: lift, central heating system. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) on the premises, communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Additional accommodations can be booked. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

    “Diese (12730) Wohnung und die Anlage gefiel uns - wie im letzten Jahr - sehr. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es war wohnlich, sauber und ansprechend möbliert. Der W-Lan-Anschluss vor dem Zimmer ist ein schöner Service. Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt schön stadtnah. Einiges Manko: Die Fotos 4, 10 und 12 entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Blick. Palmen verdeckten den größten Teil des Ausblicks, auch wenn uns dies gefiel und Schatten spendete. Es wäre ehrlich, wenn man das vorher wüsste und eine andere Wohnung wählen könnte (Wenn man die welken Blätter entfernen würde, wäre der Blick schon viel besser).”

    “Die Wohnung und die Lage sind einfach super. Es ist alles sehr sauber, der Verwalter sehr nett. Man fühlt sich beim Eintritt in die Wohnung gleich wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon und der Blick auf die Stadt und die Seepromenade sind einfach genieal.”

    “While the property was ok, Parking was extremely difficult. Small spaces and on very steep hill. Wifi was very poor and unobtainable on the balcony. It is a very steep walk down to Ascona centre with 184 steps or an extremely steep long road.
    Views from balcony were good though.”
