Das Haus ist familiär geführt und die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigen. Ihre Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und helfen Ihnen bei Fragen gerne weiter.

Im gemeinschaftlichen Garten laden drei Sitzplätze alle Gäste zum Verweilen ein. Nach Anfrage und Koordination mit den anderen Familien kann weiterhin kostenfrei ein EKO Grill Platz (mit GAS- ohne Kohle) genutzt werden. Jeder Ferienwohnung steht im Hof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Durch die zentrale Lage im Ort benötigen Sie dort kein Auto und können viele Dinge zu Fuß erledigen. Sie sind sehr nah zum Central Park (200m), Hafen (500m), Strand und allen Geschäfte, Cafés, Post und Bank, Spielplätze (250-450m), Casino, Museum (500m), Aquarium (500m), Restaurants etc. gelegen. Entspannen Sie in den Parkanlagen umgeben von mediterranen Pflanzen oder in lauen Sommernächten bei Musik und Tanz auf den Hotel Terrassen. Für die ganze Familie bieten sich hier Unterhaltung, Regeneration, sportliche Aktivitäten und Erholung.

The 45m² apartment is on the first floor of the house. A fully-equipped kitchen unit awaits you as part of the cosy living room, equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils along with a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. A dining corner invites you to dine together after preparing and cooking. Next to it is the living/sleeping area with a big double bed. It is possible to use a single sofa bed or a cot if required. Satellite TV and air conditioning are provided. The modern shower room with a WC, bidet, hairdryer and washbasin rounds off the accommodation.

From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view over the locality as far as the sea and the island Krk. View to the city gardens and family garden and parking place.
