Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site. Garden house with 20 sqm terrace for common use.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The accommodation is situated in the picturesque Netherlands. Access is via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.

Outdoor pool (3,8 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of October.
