Holiday house in the seaside town, with three bedrooms – ideal for large families or for a holiday with friends
The quietly situated holiday house is on a residential estate.
The single-family house consists of 120m² of living space spread over two floors. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest WC, a kitchen and a living room. The ground floor consists of a hallway with a counter table and two chairs, a tiled fireplace stove and a little sofa. There is also a guest WC with a washbasin and toilet, and a kitchen fully-equipped with an induction hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The laundry room has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, espresso maker, vacuum cleaning, iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes stand. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, washbasin, shower and bath. The living room can seat five people, with a sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed for two people, and a TV. The bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (140 x 200cm) and a cupboard with sliding doors. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, each with a French double bed (140 x 200cm). One of the two bedrooms also has a single bed (90 x 200cm) and two cupboards. The other bedroom also has a sofa for one person, a coffee table and a cupboard. A cot can be provided free of charge. Every room has heating.
The garden for your own exclusive use has English roses, a pond and an idyllic pavilion for relaxing, with teak garden furniture and a grill for entertaining grill evenings, for use free of charge. Two free parking spaces are provided. The site is surrounded by hedges.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. Board games for all ages are available, for entertaining and leisurely days. Internet access can be provided via a USB surf stick with a one-off credit.
Just 3.5km from the property you can find the nearest centre with a grocery shop. It is 4.4km to a little sandy beach with gastronomy and the maritime museum, with maritime history up until today. It is about 3.3km to a harbour tour through the Bremerhaven fishing harbour. If you enjoy cycling and would like to take a look at the town and surroundings, you can hire a bike at the Bremerhaven bike station and go on cycle tours.
