Situated in wooded Veprinac, 9 km above Opatija, it provides privacy, calmness, and freshness... but at the same time is only a few minutes distant from tourist centers like beautiful Opatija, attractive Volosko, Ičići and gorgeous blue sea...
The entire area around the property is suitable for walking, hiking, trekking, bike riding, horse riding is available in 8 km distant Učka Nature Park. Close to the Guest house, there's a footpath through the woods leading to Opatija in 20 min walk... this is the place for nature lovers!
You can also enjoy numerous facilities available from nearest tourist centers, beaches, nature, bars, restaurants, nightlife... throughout the year...

General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
