Casa Vacanze per 5 persone in Località La Rouine - Morgex

La casa si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa. In un attimo a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Morgex, il supermercato, e i numerosi ristoranti. A 10 minuti di macchina si raggiungono le piste da sci di Courmayeur e di La Thuile. Durante l'estate si possono raggiungere in un attimo tutte le località della Valdigne sotto il MonteBianco.

Lo spazio è composto da due camere da letto (letto matrimoniale e letto singolo), da un soggiorno con divano matrimoniale per un totale di 5 posti letto. Cucina dotata di piano cottura, frigorifero e dispensa, soggiorno con tavolo per 6 persone. Due bagni di cui uno con doccia e bidet e un secondo bagno di servizio.

All'esterno un ampio balcone in stile valdostano che da su un giardino privato; la struttura è esposta a sud con vista sulla valle e sulla montagna della Grivola (3969 mt.)

Zona residenziale, parcheggio chiuso, a 10 Km il paese di Courmayeur punto di partenza per escursioni estive e invernali e la Funivia SkyWay che porta sul MonteBianco.

L'edificio si trova a ridosso della Cave Montblanc famosa per gli ottimi vini Blanc de Morgex. A 2 minuti a piedi la Pizzeria "Pizza Out" che si affaccia sul parco giochi de La Rouine, a 5 minuti a piedi il Supermercato Famila, e a 8 minuti il centro di Morgex. In zona si possono fare numerose passeggiate più o meno impegnative fra cui il Lago d'Arpy e il Lago di Liconi,
