On the ground floor is a recreation room with billiards, darts and foosball, while on the well maintained plot there is a pool with sun area and a gazebo with barbecue. To the play pleasure of the youngest guests there are swing, seesaw, slide and a play house. In the attic with the minimum ceiling height of about 120 cm, a whirlpool provides for the right relaxation and a bedroom is a walk-through room. In a few minutes drive you reach the town of Opatija, where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes and where a variety of summer events take place.
