The vicinity of the mountain massif and Nature Park Učka guarantees you a fresh night and a particularly clean air enriched with salt and iodine particles. The spacious interiors are furnished with fitness equipment, mini wellness and wine cellar, and this villa has also a garage for four cars. The fenced garden offers children's facilities and a large swimming pool. Large terraces are ideal for observing the starry sky with a glass of wine, and for more active evenings you can descend to the magical Opatija, less then ten kilometres away.
