If you wish to discover the spectacular area of Monferrato and to visit its UNESCO World Heritage areas, this elegant detached holiday home with private pool, located just 4 km from Nizza Monferrato and surrounded by nature and vineyards, is the ideal solution for your holidays and for taking a break from the stressful daily routine. There is a large outdoor area at your disposal, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and terrace heater where you can enjoy outdoor meals while your children can have fun in the space dedicated to them. At about 20 km there is Acqui Terme with the famous Piazza della Bollente, in which stands a monument with a source of saline-bromine-iodine water flowing at a temperature of 74 ° C. In Asti (30 km), known for the Palio, you can walk the streets of the charming old town and visit the Cathedral of Maria Assunta or the Baptistery of San Pietro. The splendid city of Turin with its museums and monuments is located at 95 km. The rice fields of Vercellese with an impressive panorama are about 90 km from here. Between September and October, all the wineries offer themed weekends with the possibility of spending days in the vineyards and to enjoy in the evening an excellent dinner with the wines and the culinary specialties of the area.
