Access to the cozy courtyard and covered terrace where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and a private bathroom with a 2-person whirlpool bath. There is also a large utility room with a stove and washing column.

The house is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Nysted sauna and the beach. You live right next to the marina, which is frequented by sailors in the summer. It is possible to launch a trailer boat in the harbor. Sea kayaks can be launched at the small bridge. The house is suitable for active families and anglers.
