This architect villa with private pool stands on a 9,000 m² large and enclosed garden plot and is a true oasis of peace. In addition to the pool, the outdoor areas also convince with sunny and pleasantly shaded terraces for plenty of relaxation and lounging. Inside you will find a beautiful living room with fireplace, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and comfortable and romantically decorated bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and open onto a furnished terrace. The townscape of Callian, a delightful mountain village 325 meters above sea level, is dominated by a 12th-century castle that stands out from the old village center, surrounded by narrow streets with old houses. From Callian you have an impressive view of the Esterel Mountains. A quarter of an hour from your vacation home, the charming village of Fayence welcomes you with its cozy alleys, typical Provençal inns and old fountains. The nearest ski resort is about 90 minutes away, and only 45 minutes separate you from the sea. 15 km away is the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien, with its abrupt shores and small bays, a beautiful setting for your picnic. You can also fish in this lake. In the immediate vicinity are many beautiful villages that are worth a visit: Montauroux, Mons, Seillans or even Tourettes. And do not miss Grasse, the cradle of perfume.
