This modern and elegant 2 bedroom vacation apartment is located in the prestigious area of Puerto de la Duquesa, in the Marina de Castillo complex, just 80 meters from the beach. The complex has a large communal pool and direct access from the pool area to the beach.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is tastefully decorated throughout. It consists of a living room with quality furniture and access to the terrace. The terrace has a dining table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxing. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also with access to the terrace. Equipment with air conditioning and heating.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and have built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other has access to the terrace.
Puerto Duquesa marina is located between Estepona and Sotogrande, about 35 minutes from Marbella and 25 minutes from Gibraltar. Puerto de la Duquesa is one of the best marinas on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is located about 60 minutes from Malaga airport. The marina and the coast of Duquesa have excellent infrastructure and pristine and natural beaches.
This area of the Costa del Sol offers two Blue Flag beaches with restaurants and beach bars. Puerto Duquesa offers wonderful tranquility as well as a variety of sophisticated gastronomic options, bars, a supermarket and other important services such as banks and boutiques.
The marina is great for yacht watching and also offers the opportunity to participate in water sports and boat cruises. On land there are some wonderful golf courses and wide open spaces to discover.
