Casa JoCa Duquesa is strategically located on the border of Benalmádena and Torremolinos. The apartment is only 5 walking minutes away from Carihuela beach and the promenade. The famous port of Benalmádena is also 5 minutes from the apartment. Because the apartment is on the 6th floor it has a fabulous view over the city, mountains and the coast. The balconies are in the sun most of the day and have awnings. In the evening you see the sunset behind the mountains.

The apartment has a spacious layout. It is fully furnished, has a modern and brightly furnished bedroom and living room, a bathroom and kitchen. 2 balconies for lounging and dining. Fully equipped.
