About 5 km above Talla lies this friendly vacation home on the edge of a small historic settlement. The former farmhouse has been stylishly restored and tastefully furnished: The historic atmosphere of the house has been preserved and is now complemented by modern comfort. Directly from the kitchen you can access the large, largely covered terrace with barbecue and wonderful views over the vast oak forests. One of the bedrooms (with bathroom) has a separate entrance from the terrace. The bright eat-in kitchen is well equipped (induction stove, American refrigerator with ice maker). Enjoy the tranquility of the woods; take a walk to the spring below at the former washhouse (300 m) or beyond; cook yourself something good and end the day with an aperitif on the terrace. If you want to do some sports ? Trekking and biking you can do in the nearby natural park of Casentino (15 km) or at Prato Magno (20 km to the top 1592 m). Everywhere there is something to discover: Medieval castles, spiritual monasteries (Camaldoli and La Verna, about 40km), picturesque hill towns like Bibbiena and Poppi (about 20 km; Stroll in Arezzo ? especially when the big antique market takes place there on the first weekend of each month - (25km); Siena and Florence (80 km) can be reached within an hour's drive. In Talla you can find everything for daily use: bars, ristorante, organic food store; groceries and an outdoor swimming pool (6 km). You can play golf at Poppi (20 km). Parking and a nice children's playground right in front of the borgo (about 150 m).
