Set in the foothills of Ayia Napa with breathtaking views, this unique villa really is one of a kind. Built entirely in stone with wooden ceilings and plenty of outside space, this villa has the charm and character you want in a holiday home but is only a few minutes-drive from Ayia Napa Centre.

As you drive up to the detached villa you are greeted by the huge wrap round mature garden with private infinity pool and with a choice of outside dining and bathing areas, you really are spoilt for choice for places to relax.

As you enter the villa you walk into the large open plan kitchen diner which is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering stay. The spacious and comfortable living room is bright and airy and takes in the most of the views from the garden with large windows and patio doors and a raised dining area with which to enjoy meals. Also on this floor there is a downstairs WC and a large double bedroom suite.

Upstairs there is a large family room with a double bed, sofa and TV, En-suite shower room, plus a mezzanine level with a further 2 single beds all inside the one room! There are a further 2 double bedrooms on this floor, all with balcony access where you can sit and take in the stunning sea views. There is also separate utility room with washer, drier and ironing facilities plus a separate main bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Up to the third level you will find the roof terrace with beautiful 360® views over Ayia Napa town.

The house is fitted with air conditioning throughout and with its unique charm, it really is the perfect setting for an enjoyable, private and peaceful holiday with family and friends.
