Das Haus Lütt Holland liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend .Die Doppelhaushälfte ist 101qm groß und überstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Das Wohzimmer hat Südlage mit Ausgang zur überdachten Terrasse, die mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, mit je einem Doppelbett wo in einem ein 2. Fernseher steht. In der Küche ist ein Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ein Geschirrspüler. Neben der Küche ist ein Hauswirtschaftraum, wo eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbett und Wäscheständer stehen. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss hat einen Waschplatz, WC und Dusche.
