Kleines hübsches Haus in einer Wohngegend auf dem höchsten Hügel von Tanaunella gelgen, von dem aus man einen atemberaubenden Meerblick genießt. Das Haus hat einen Garten, der mit der benachbarten Villa mitgeteilt ist.
Es besteht aus einer Aussendusche und Veranda mit Ess- und Ruhebereich. Im Wohnraum befindet sich die mit Haushaltsgeräte ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer mit TV und Sofa. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, in dem es auch die Waschmaschine gibt.
Zwei Schlafzimmer: ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Klimaanlage ist überall im Haus vorhanden. Privater Außenparkplatz. Man kann den Hauspool im Sommer benutzen von 15 Juni bis 15 September. Die Anwendung des Autos wird empfohlen, da man das Gebiet leider nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann. Die am nächsten stehenden Strände sind Porto Ainu und Baia Sant’Anna, beide ca. 2,5 Km vom Haus entfernt.

    “Tolle Lage, schönes Grundstück, fabelhafte Aussicht. Aber: Selbst für italienische Verhältnisse sehr spartanische Küchenausstattung. Teller zu wenig, Porzellan stark angestoßen.
    Klimaanlage nur im Wohn-Esszimmer.”
