Beautiful Holiday House in Juršići with Private Parking

The Holiday house is situated on the outskirts of the small village, Brščići,in central Istria, 10km south from Svetvinčenat, medieval town, or 18 km north of Pula, the largest Istrian town, surrounded by trees and greenery.It is modernly decorated house, and offers guests maximum comfort. Upstairs there are 3 double beds bedrooms, with TV, air conditioning and bathroom, also whit access to a beautiful terrace with quality outdoor furniture. One room has extra bed for one person. On the ground floor there are a spacious living room (sofa for 2 person), WC, dining room, and kitchen with access to the terrace, where is a barbecue.Special attention is given to the garden and Mediterranean plants.Amenities 2015.:Complimentary bottle of mineral water once upon arrival.One olive oil and wine tasting. Gift bottle of extra vergin olive oil 0,25l and fig cheese on departure.You can have fun in the playing room or outside with numerous attractions (billiard, darts, table tennis, basketball, badminton, children slide'a and  swings,...). You can jog through the vineyards, olive groves, and woods....or ride a bike … and then, refresh yourself in the pool, 36square meters… but also, near is the sea, 15 min. by car.You can enjoy your peace, but if you want we will gladly join you and prepare a tasty dinner, or just enjoy drinking wine from our cellar. We are always available to share information about the destination, either in person or by mail. You can contact us at any time.Neighborhood is calm, peacefully, and relaxing. It consists of family houses with large gardens. Some neighbors have domestics animals.
