Casa Carina Single house on several levels

Casa Carina offers you as a couple or as a person travelling alone an ideal starting point for numerous beautiful walks and tours in the Blenio Valley - with or without a car. Because a bus runs from Biasca train station to Olivone. The holiday home in the middle of Dongio in the old village centre is open plan and extends over four levels. You will look in vain for doors. Only the technical room has a door, and a non-lockable sliding glass door leads to the wet room on the 1st floor. The two marble bathrooms and the oak parquet flooring in the living area as well as the red stucco covering of the fireplaces are eye-catchers. The house is rented exclusively to adults. Park your car directly in front of the house or in the garage with electric door drive. The house is equipped with a heat pump system (Hoval) with solar panels and underfloor heating.

Casa Carina is regularly occupied also by the owners, so everything is available and the house is fully furnished, especially with bath towels, hand towels, shower towels, staples, spices, tabs, household and toilet paper, etc.

Dongio is located in the northern part of Ticino, 9 km from the Biasca exit in the direction of the Lukmanier Pass. Excellent access by public transport (SBB to Biasca and bus to Dongio Municipio).

Restaurants, grotti, shopping facilities, highway and public transport in the immediate vicinity.

The valley offers countless hiking possibilities for all needs, swimming at the river, walking, biking, mountain biking, skiing, sledding (tobogganing), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain tours, climbing or simply let your soul dangle, enjoy a time together as a couple, but also ideal alone and with dog. There are endless possibilities for walks and everywhere bigger and smaller rivers.

The Blenio Valley / Val Sole - also called Sun Valley - is known for its good air and the steel blue sky. In Dongio-Acquarossa you will discover the very attractive vacation and residential domicile - a charming house in the old village center on 4 levels for upscale living requirements. Parking space directly in front of the house entrance (garage included). WLAN. Two satellite TV. The house was completely rebuilt and modernly designed in 2009. It is quietly situated, bright, sunny, has an open room concept from the entrée up to the gallery, is equipped with oak parquet flooring and two marble wet rooms and floor heating and Swedish stove on 3 levels. The quiet sun terrace invites you to linger.

Location description: Dongio (9km von der Ausfahrt Biasca, 60 km bis Lugano, 50km bis Locarno, 48km von Airolo entfernt) ist ein kleines, typisches Tessiner Dorf am Fluss "Brenno" mit sehr guter Infrastruktur, gut erschlossen mit ÖV (SBB nach Biasca, Bus nach Donio), mit hervorragender Luftqualität, einem gesunden trockenen Klima. Das Dorf liegt im Bleniotal, auch Sonnental genannt, 480m ü/M, zwischen Biasca und Olivone/Lukmanierpass. Ein kleiner „Tante Emma-Laden“, Coop, Apotheke, Arzt, Zahnarzt, Coiffeur, Physiotherapie, Pizza-Dienst, Baar und Restaurants usw. sind vor Ort, Post und Tierarzt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Es eignet sich für Ferien und Entspannung übers ganze Jahr, alleine, mit Ihrem kleinen Vierbeiner, für Verliebte, für Alleinstehende, für jüngere und ältere Paare, die gerne wandern, sich in der Natur aufhalten, Entspannung und Ruhe suchen, die gepflegtes Wohnen mit grossem Komfort schätzen und wie zuhause leben möchten. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist alles da, Bett-, Hand-, Bad-, Geschirrtücher, Haushalt- und Toilettenpapier usw. inkl. Grundnahrungsmittel.     “Positiv: Wir haben uns im Casa Carina vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der ganzen Wohnung insbesondere auch in der Küche ist wunderbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Restaurant: Grotto Rodai in Giornico - Gehobenere Grotto Küche zu fairen Preisen. Sehr aufgestellte Besitzer und schöne Lage. Ausflüge: Diverse Wanderungen am Lukmanier&Valle Malvaglia - Diverse Wanderungen in unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeit”
