Residenza "al Mulin" ****Dear guestsOur quiet, centrally located and very nice 2 1/2 room holiday flat Residenza "al Mulin" is situated on the second and top floor of the residence, only a few steps away from the centre. (Official 4-star classification).
The flat is located in a well-kept complex with a spacious terrace overlooking the public park "parco dei poeti", just a few minutes' walk from the promenade, the town centre, the shops with shopping facilities or the bus stop. It is generously equipped with modern appliances.

The Residenza "al Mulin" is very popular with our guests. It is a lovely flat in the middle of the "parco dei poeti", in a quiet location and yet only a few steps away from the promenade and the centre. It is an ideal starting point for various activities. On our own homepage you will also find many beautiful bike-hiking and bathing suggestions as well as various restaurants and grotti that we can recommend to you. We are always very pleased to have many returning and satisfied guests.

Minimum stay 7 days, only bookable on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Ascona is an internationally renowned holiday resort with a unique atmosphere. Nestled in a picturesque bay, 4 km west of Locarno. There is a bus connection to Ascona from the railway station in Locarno. The former small fishing village with its lakeside promenade, many narrow cobbled streets and countless small shops and restaurants is now an internationally renowned meeting place with a car-free town centre (except for the shuttle service). The surrounding area is ideal for walking, lingering, swimming, cycling, biking and hiking.

    “Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung war schön es fehlte an nichts.
    Super Lage.
    Sehr ruhig.
    Die Matratze vom Bett müsste unserer Meinung ersetzt werden.
    Und das Sofa ist nicht so
