Die komfortable NICHTRAUCHER Ferienwohnung (58 qm) mit Veranda im Hochparterre ist für zwei Personen (Doppelbett mit Nachttischen, Kleiderschrank sowie 1 x TV im Schlafraum) und eine weitere Person (Doppelbettcouch) im Wohnraum ausgestattet. Eine komplette Küchenzeile befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle/komb. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, 4Pl.Ceranherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck. Zur weiteren Wohnraumausstattung gehören 1x Kabel TV, Blue Ray Player und Radio mit CD. In der Veranda befindet sich der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Es sind in der Wohnung Staubsauger, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ein Gemeinschaftskeller für Fahrräder steht zur Verfügung. Pkw Stellplatz Nr. 2 steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Zum feinsandigen Strand ca. 1 Gehminute. Die Erstausstattung Bettwäsche & Handtücher (1 Satz Bettwäsche, 1 Duschtuch, 2 Handtücher, 1 Geschirrtuch und 1 Badvorleger) sind inklusive. Kinderhochstuhl und/oder Kinderbett mietbar 15,-Euro einmalig. (Bitte spätestens 3 Tage vor Anreise auf Anfrage beim Verwalter vorzubestellen). WLAN ist kostenfrei vorhanden.

Die denkmalgeschützte Villa wurde um 1900 erbaut und im Jahr 2000 vollständig restauriert und modernisiert. Bis zum feinsandigen Strand sind es ca. 100m. Das Zentrum von Heringsdorf ist gerade mal 8 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt. Hier finden Sie die Seebrücke von Heringsdorf, mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants. Auch das Zentrum von Ahlbeck erreichen Sie in 15 Gehminuten.
