The former barn has been converted into a jewel, with a high level of living comfort, authentic, modern in its old guise, Black Forest building culture interpreted in a contemporary way, for a temporary home.
The holiday home at the farmer's garden is connected to our listed renovated farm and several original outbuildings such as mill, baking hut and granary. The light-flooded loft with a view into the nature offers a high-quality equipment with old wooden box spring bed, wood-burning stove, whirlpool, swimming pool with garden shower, air conditioning, a fully equipped old wooden kitchen as well as a stylish furnishing. The house is operated sustainably and climate-neutrally with specially generated photovoltaic electricity.
Many sights, culture and activities can be reached from the barn on foot or by (E) bike in a short time: horse farm, barefoot park, adventure golf, summer toboggan run, open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof with lived tradition and playground, Dorfbeck with coffee, various inns.
Children can play by the stream, in the pool or in the tree house, or visit our second farm, the Blumbauernhof (3km) with animals and football pitch.
Short and long walks with viewpoints or mountain inns are possible, with the e-mountain bike you can explore the landscape. The Way of St. James leads directly past the house. The village of Gutach, the home of the Bollenhut, is situated in the heart of the Black Forest, a lovely valley with a long tradition of tourism and a high quality of life, close to many regional and national attractions and sights.
Other attractive destinations can be reached by car in 1/2 -1.5 hours like Europa Park, Park with Bears, Triberg Waterfall, the cities of Freiburg and Colmar, Lake Constance and many more.
