The excellent location of this villa allows you to combine the ideal feeling of absolute exclusivity while being only 2,9 km away from the vibrant village of Gennadi. Several water sports centers on the coast offer all kinds of water sports and are quickly accessible by car. For hiking and mountain biking, the south is an ideal terrain. You can start directly from the villa. In approx. 20 minutes by car you have reached one of the world's best wind and kitesurfing paradises with the Prassonissi peninsula on the southern tip of the island. The coolest beach bar on the island, the legendary Mea Terra is located 200 meters from the villa on the endless beach of Lachania.

Walk outdoors and dip into the swimming pool, with its stunning sea views. Or take your time in the hot tub. There is also a very well-shaded, purpose-built dining patio that is ideal for outdoor meals and celebrations. Moreover, there are shaded verandas where guests can relax in peace. An 11m pool spreads along the length of the house. Equipped with loungers and umbrellas, guests can enjoy dipping in and out of the water all day long in privacy. The plentiful exterior is designed to cover not only the need to entertain larger gatherings and dinners, but also to afford you the possibility of seclusion and ample space for dining, resting, or sunbathing. The beach itself is around one kilometer downhill and is perhaps the most beautiful in all of Rhodes. The six-kilometer stretch of sand and fine pebbles along the southeast corner of the island includes beachfront bars and seafood stalls and has the prestigious Blue-Flag status. Locals from all over Rhodes visit the beach on a Sunday evening for the 'Sundance' beach party - meaning a visit here cannot go unmissed! Gennadi is ideally situated close to Lindos, the 'Jewel in Rhodes' Crown' with its ancient acropolis and beautiful whitewashed buildings.
