Haus Sole e Mare ist eine Wohnung im dritten Stock eines kleinen Gebäudes mit Zugang zur Straßenebene. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Essbereich, einer separaten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Badezimmer. Haus Sole e Mare genießt jeden Komfort, Klimaanlage, Internetanschluss, zusätzlich zu seiner ausgezeichneten Lage nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt (erreichbar über die Klippe). Pieve Ligure ist ein kleines Dorf an der Küste der ostligurischen Riviera, vor dem Golfo Paradiso und nur einen Steinwurf von Genua entfernt. Ab Januar ist es vom Gelb der Mimose durchzogen, einer Pflanze, die hier mit einem wichtigen Fest gefeiert wird. Neben den wunderschönen Klippen voller Schluchten und kleinen Stränden bietet die Gegend auch eindrucksvolle Routen durch Dörfer und Hügel, um das Hinterland zu entdecken.

    “Als wir am Dienstagabend ankamen gab es kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben das gemeldet, damit es repariert werden kann. Was in dem ganzen Ablauf etwas nervig war, dass wir dauernd aufgefordert wurden, irgendetwas einzustellen an den Hähnen. Dann gingen lange whatsapp chats hin und her. Besser hätten wir gefunden, wenn die verantwortliche Person kommt, sich das anschaut und die Reparatur angeht.
    Der Handwerker kam dann am Freitag. Schneller ging es nicht. Dafür kann ja nun niemand was. Nach der Reparatur hielten sie sich auf, weil die Bezahlung des Handwerkers geklärt werden musste. Das hätte sie auch draußen oder im Büro tun können. Letztlich hatte das mit uns ja nichts zu tun.

    Ein paar mehr warme Decken wären gut gewesen.

    Ansonsten war der Gesamteindruck gut.”

    “Positiv: La casa e' completamente attrezzata e godibile. Negativ: Il parcheggio indicato è piccolissimo anche per un'auto medio/piccola. I vicini sono stati molto scortesi e prepotenti tanto che ho parcheggiato tutta la vacanza nelle uniche zone a disco orario esistenti nei dintorni. Mi spiace molto perche' i proprietari sono persone cordiali ed educate ma il contesto, assimilabile ad un condominio (strada privata), si caratterizza per persone molto mal disposte. Restaurant: Lo scalo - ristorante sul mare con ottimi piatti di pesce Ausflüge: Camogli - Col treno si raggiunge facilmente Camogli in 15 minuti, perla del golfo del Tigullio”
