Take a trip to the mudflats, where you can watch the tides, many bird species and marvellous sunsets.
Mandø is a pearl in the Wadden Sea that attracts many visitors all year round. The distance to the mainland is approx. 11 km, of which approx. 6 km runs through the mudflats. Please inform yourself about low and high tide. You can swim west of the storm surge column. Mandø is part of the Wadden Sea National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can also visit the island's beautiful, historic mill.
