Gîte with character, situated in a small village in the heart of the Lauquet valley, 15 minutes from Carcassonne. You have a beautiful terrace with a pergola of about 15 m² overlooking a small communal garden where the village festival takes place in July. The village is very quiet and friendly. The small roads in the vicinity are ideal for cycling, and there are many marked footpaths with water points accessible in summer for refreshing swims. The gîte is on three levels. On the ground floor: summer living room opening onto the terrace, separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: living room-kitchen with sitting area. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 160, 2 beds in 90), shower room, WC. Electric heating in supplement.
2 bicycles available as well as cooling columns for the summer.
