Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man u.a. in Burhave. Die Spielscheune und die Nordsee-Lagune in Burhave, oder der Friesenstrand in Tossens, lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen.Da das Nachbargebäude mittlerweile fast fertiggestellt ist, wird auch der Baulärm verschwinden.
